As an attorney, Daniel advised top-tier private equity funds on complex cross-border acquisitions and represented foreign private issuers in U.S. initial public offerings. Later, as Managing Director at a billion-dollar investment fund, he led hundreds of millions of dollars in technology-sector investments. This dual perspective informs his approach to transaction structuring and contract negotiation, with close attention to legal risk, investment objectives, and commercial priorities.
